Think of us as your off-site IT support team – one that works within your budget and time frame. On-site when you need us. Or via remote tech support and monitoring when that’s all you need.
Whether yours is a small business or a department in a large corporation, we’re here to make sure your business runs smoothly.
Personal Service
We take a personal interest in our clients. We understand that your computers and your computer network have to be operating smoothly if you’re to run your business successfully. So that’s what we help you do.
We guarantee dependable, personalized, computer tech support for your Servers, PCs and Macs. And we promise to explain the tech support service we’re providing in non-techy language, so you understand exactly what we’re doing and what you’re paying for.
We’re confident that what we’re doing works. 100% of our new business comes from referrals, and 30% of our clients have been with us for ten years or more.
Fair Fees
We offer competitive pricing and fair invoicing, whether you’re paying for our services or hardware or software purchases. Our long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers translate into lower fees for you. That’s one of the things that separates us from the competition.
A Little Background
Owner Sharon Meyer founded PCs: Soup to Nuts, Inc. in 1992. Her goal was clear — to supply a full range of computer services to small businesses. While many small businesses can’t afford to have an in-house computer team, they also can’t operate without dependable technical and network support. PCs: Soup to Nuts was founded to fill that gap.
Prior to founding PCs: Soup to Nuts, Sharon worked in the information systems arena for seven years — for the U.S. Government and a major real estate developer. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with Distinction, from DePaul University, specializing in Information Technology.
